We are seeking an experienced BIM Specialist to support our client’s design-build operations across HVAC,

Mechanical, Plumbing, and Renewable Energy systems. This role is responsible for developing and

managing intelligent Revit and CAD models, supporting BIM coordination efforts, and contributing to

prefab and fabrication workflows. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Revit modeling,

detailing, and BIM standards, with a proactive approach to collaboration and innovation in construction

technology. Work in close collaboration with the engineering, construction, and project management

teams to coordinate designs for constructability.
