    This individual will be a valuable contributor to the Land Title team that is part of Weyerhaeuser’s Law Department. The Junior Land Title Analyst will support all activities related to real property land records information and management in a fast paced and fun environment. Being responsible, reliable, quick and accurate, and with a can-do attitude are essential. Having superior attention to detail, possessing strong customer support skills and dependability are key success characteristics of a Junior Land Title Analyst. This position works with and across multiple groups and departments in Weyerhaeuser, so collaboration skills are a must.

    Knowledge of land records and legal descriptions is preferred, with an understanding of more complex legal descriptions, a plus. GIS experience is highly desired as this position will be creating exhibit maps and using GIS web-based maps to research land and property records. This person will have the opportunity to work on high-level and interesting projects with the legal team and to work with people across the country.

    KCIT GIS Center is seeking a Master Street Address Guide (MSAG) Coordinator, and a key contributing engineer to the King County GIS Center’s many other projects. The MSAG Coordinator supports the work of the E-911 Program Office and is responsible for coordinating the maintenance of the Next Generation 911 (NG911) MSAG and Automatic Location Identification (ALI) database, to ensure that all address information and 911 call routing information is accurate. This includes coordinating with 11 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs), public safety agencies, city addressing authorities, multiple telephone companies, and the E-911/NG911 system service provider. This position works closely with other GIS engineers and analysts to ensure that the ALI database is synchronized with the E-911 geodatabase. This position also receives and resolves address and 911 call routing error reports from the PSAPs, and coordinates updates to the ALI database due to annexations and incorporations. This role will also be allocated, as time allows, to the KCGIS Spatial Services team’s projects, in support of our internal and external clients.
