The Clark Regional Wastewater District is accepting applications for a full-time GIS Analyst position.   The Analyst is a member of a talented team of individuals that manage, design, operate and maintain the wastewater system, providing reliable sewer service in a customer-focused and responsible manner.  The Analyst is responsible for enterprise Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and related technology programs to enhance operations and service delivery for a professional wastewater utility.

Primary Responsibilities:
  - System administration of GIS and other assigned programs (e.g. Flowfinity)
 
  - Develop, test, and implement custom geoprocessing models
 
  - Perform spatial analyses using ArcGIS and related applications  
 
  - Maintain and document the integration of GIS with CMMS and other databases and systems
 
  - Technical resource for the District’s GIS data and desktop, mobile and web-based applications
 
Minimum Qualifications:
Any combination of education, training, and experience to successfully perform the duties of the position.  A typical way to achieve that would be:
  - Associate’s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science or related field
 
  - Three (3) to six (6) years progressively responsible experience with enterprise GIS, information systems, geodatabase administration
 
  - Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and ESRI Utility Network
 
Salary Range:  $6,672 to $8,723 per month     
Starting Salary Range:  $6,672 to $7,629 per month, DOQ
